Jorge Espinosa of the LA MIRAGE GARDEN HOTEL & SPA was trained as a Chef at the famous Hotel Training School in Bad Reichenhall, Bavaria, Germany. He then added further to his culinary skills and knowledge by working his apprenticeship in several notable hotes throughout the world.
In 1986 he went on to realize his dreams and ambitions by creating the now world wide known La Mirage Garden Hotel & Spa in Ecuador, his native country. La Mirage is the only memberof the International Association of Relais & Chateaux in this country since 1997. |
