THE CALENDAR

At the start of the course you will be provided with aprons, utensils and technical instructions. The following schedule has been created for you to select and book a class on any of the following dates: June 06 and 20, July 11 and 25, August 8 and 22, September 12 and 26, October 10 and 24, November 21, 2010.

SCHEDULE

DAY ONE	Arrival in Quito International Airport MARISCAL SUCRE and transfer to LA MIRAGE, your luxurious accommodation for the next 7 days

DAY TWO	Rest and Orientation

DAY THREE	Morning class and lunch. Afternoon viewing of organic food production and the baking of bread according to Indigenous Customs

DAY FOUR	Morning Class and afternoon visit to the famous Indian Handicraft Market in Otavalo and weaving in Peguche

DAY FIVE	Morning class, lunch and afternoon shopping experience for leather goods in Cotacachi

DAY SIX	Morning class, lunch and afternoon visit to the nearby Condor Park

DAY SEVEN	Train Ride from Ibarra to Salinas with lunch

DAY EIGHT	Return to Quito with a visit of a Local Winery and lunch prepared by students of the University. Check-in at a comfortable Hotel for overnight stay. Farewell Dinner at a Popular Local Restaurant.

DAY NINE	Transfer to airport and departure home
